Hi everyone!
Just another quick little update. Maps have been added to the website so you all can get directions to and from places that are hosting a part of Regionals if you are driving yourselves.
Remember - the conference is January 27th - 29th here in Lubbock, and early registration will end two weeks prior! We have had a good amount of students already registered, and we are looking forward to many, many more. Professional members, I can't begin to say thank you enough for all of your support and continued interest in SWE.

Hey all! I hope the holidays have been as good for you as they have been for us here in Lubbock.
Seems like the holidays are on everyone's side because, well, as generosity would have it, we have decided to keep late registration at the same price! We are super happy to announce this, so get to registering! The website forms will close sometime on January 15th.
Thanks for all of your continued support of our conference - it's just a few weeks away!! |

Due to questions asked about registration, clarifications have been made to the Student Registration page. Tentatively, we will close EARLY registration (the $60 price) on January 1st. After that, "late" registration will begin, and the conference price may rise due to the accommodations necessary to add last-minute seats. $60 is the lowest that the price of attendance will be, so register early! Tentatively, we plan for registration to close January 15th. The final date will depend on when final numbers will be due, so keep checking back!
Once again, we are so excited to see all of you in January! |
